Legal Expences
We recognize that concerns about legal expences are common. It’s important to remember that while good legal advice comes at a cost, poor advice can be far more expensive in the long run. Engaging an experienced lawyer early on ensures you receive the best possible guidance and helps avoid unnecessary expenses.
We believe in transparency regarding legal costs. We will ensure you are fully informed about the expenses involved in your case. In many situations, legal expenses insurance or legal aid may cover some or all of the lawyer’s fees and some other litigation costs. Our hourly rate is €330 (including VAT at 25.5%).
Legal Expenses Insurance
Legal expenses insurance is often included in various insurance policies, such as home, business, farm, travel, liability, or comprehensive car insurance. The deductible, coverage limits, and specific terms are outlined in your insurance policy. You can contact your insurance provider directly to inquire about your coverage, or we can assist you in filing a claim.
Legal Aid
We are committed to serving clients who qualify for legal aid. We can assess your eligibility for legal aid based on your financial situation, which may cover all or part of your legal fees through state funds. Please contact us to discuss your situation and explore this option.
Serious Criminal Cases
In serious criminal cases, legal fees are often fully covered by state funds, regardless of your financial situation. You have the right to legal counsel from the preliminary investigation stage. We will handle the necessary applications on your behalf.
Restraining Orders
In matters involving restraining orders, legal fees may also be fully covered by state funds under certain conditions. We are happy to provide more information and assist you with the application process.
